- 30-day full refund for new, unopened items. We accept returns on most items in their original condition, with tags intact and packaging unopened.

- We cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect item, a defective product, or a wrong size shipped by our team.

- Refunds typically take ~4 weeks to process after you drop off your return package. This includes: 5–10 business days for the package to reach our warehouse, 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and approve the return, and 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund back to your original payment method.
